Returns
The inventory is always changing and we are unable to fully manage it because several parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The actual levels of stock can change at any point. It is possible that the stocks could be depleted after your order has been processed.
Our policy runs for 30 days. If you don't receive the product within 30 days, we are not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
You are able to return an item if it is unused and in the same condition when you received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
